Reasonable knowledge of morphology and syntax of the Latin Language
The student will be able to: 1) identify the grammatical and syntactic links present in the Latin texts; 2) to attribute to the words the exact semantic value; 3) translate the Latin texts. The students are able to set an original critical discourse on a text, confronting itself with previous readings and interpretations and applying
the most up-to-date translation methods.

Translation exercises on prose texts belonging to different genres (history, fiction, oratory, philosophy)
