Learn business planning as strategy implementation and acquire those skills necessary to develop the business plans aimed at growing or restructuring.
The teaching activity focuses on the construction of the business plan for both new and existing companies. To this end, the course aims at providing students with those tools needed to learn the techniques to be used for the preparation of the business plan.
