Within the service offer to people with disabilities and handicapped persons (effective since Academic year 2010/2011), and to enforce Italian Act 17/99 on the ‘Integration and modification of Italian Framework Act No. 104 of 5th February 1992, for the assistance, social integration and rights of persons with disabilities’, Italian Act 170/2010 on ‘New rules on specific learning disabilities at school’ and the Guidelines of the National Conference of University Delegates for the Disabled (CNUDD), the ‘G. D'Annunzio’ University of Chieti-Pescara has reorganised its structure in order to promote the inclusion of students with disabilities in all the aspects of university life.
