“The mission of Public Relations Offices (URPs) is to facilitate, enhance, and broaden access to public services within the diverse regulatory frameworks and contexts in which interactions between citizens and public administrations take place. They serve both as instruments for listening to users’ needs and as levers for the internal improvement of administrative processes.”

URP of the University “G. d’Annunzio” (Ud’A):

  • Ensures the exercise of the rights to information, access to administrative documents, and participation, in accordance with Law No. 241 of 7 August 1990, as amended;
  • Facilitates users’ access to and use of University services by providing information on the University’s organizational units and their respective functions;
  • Promotes user engagement and evaluation processes related to the quality and satisfaction of services;
  • Ensures the exchange of information between the Office and other University units, fostering and coordinating internal communication.
