Auditorium The Auditorium serves as the ceremonial hall of the Rectorate and has a seating capacity of 320. It is represents an ideal venue for institutional events and conferences, combining comfort with outstanding acoustics. Its distinctive architectural design features custom-shaped wood paneling, specifically engineered to guarantee optimal sound quality. The hall is furnished with elegant red leather Frau armchairs and equipped with a state-of-the-art air circulation system that guarantees continuous air exchange and maximum comfort, even during extended events. A modern and fully equipped control room supports all Auditorium activities, allowing for centralized management of every operation. The venue is further enhanced by two spacious mirrored foyers, speaker dressing rooms, and an elegant lounge designed to welcome guests in a refined setting.The Auditorium is equipped with a central video projector and a motorized 16:9 screen (5 × 3 m), or alternatively, dual projection from different sources onto two 3 × 2 m screens. Additional equipment includes a DVD and Blu-ray player, table microphones for speakers, a podium microphone, and wireless microphones. The system allows for audio and video recording and provides HDMI connections to and from other rooms. Multimedia Room The Multimedia Room is a comfortable, acoustically insulated space that can accommodate up to 50 participants. It is equipped with a high-definition audio-video system that ensures exceptional sound and image quality.Located on the entrance level of the Rectorate, the room is ideally suited for meetings, including those held via videoconference.The room is equipped with a central video projector and motorized screen, a control room with mixer, and a speaker table with both wired and wireless microphones. Room reservations must be submitted exclusively by completing the dedicated request form.
