The National Projects Service serves as the main contact point for funding bodies — Ministries, public and private institutions, and Foundations/Associations based in Italy — authorized to manage scientific and technological research programs of national importance.The implementation of funded projects is entrusted to the University structures identified in the Statute (Departments and Centers/Museum), as the designated bodies for teaching and research activities.The Division monitors the Research Italy portal, coordinated by the Ministry of Universities and Research (MUR), with regard to the following areas:promotion, planning, and coordination of research at the national, European, and international levels;support for the career development of young researchers, fostering their independence and access to specific national and international funding programs within the European Research Area;promotion of research funded by national and EU resources;promotion of scientific culture;encouragement and facilitation of research within enterprises and other public and private entities.The Research Italy portal, aimed at both the research community and the general public, disseminates news, in-depth analyses, major projects, success stories, expert contributions, and interviews on Italian research and its international collaborations.Through the Research Italy portal, users can access the following action lines:National Research Program 2021–2027 (PNR)Horizon EuropeInternational ResearchNational Operational Programme (NOP) Research & InnovationNational Complementary Plan (PNC)REGISTER OF EXPERT PEER REVIEWERS FOR ITALIAN SCIENTIFIC EVALUATION (REPRISE): a register of independent scientific experts, both Italian and international, established by the Ministry of Universities and Research (MUR).
