National Centre for Gene Therapy and RNA-Based Drugs

The National Centre for the Development of Gene Therapy and RNA-Based Drugs | National Center for Gene Therapy and Drugs based on RNA Technology – RNA & Gene Therapy is an initiative funded by the Italian Ministry of University and Research under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP) – Mission 4, Component 2, Investment 1.4.

It represents one of the main national hubs dedicated to the development of advanced therapeutic solutions based on RNA technologies and gene therapy, with the aim of fostering innovation in the biomedical field and promoting the transfer of research results into clinical applications.

The G. d’Annunzio University Chieti-Pescara (Ud’A) participates in the project as an affiliate of Spoke 10, in collaboration with the Bambino Gesù Children's Hospital in Rome.
