The Board of Directors is the University's collegial governing body, responsible for providing strategic direction, planning, and oversight of the University’s administrative, financial, and asset management activities.

Its members, selected in accordance with Article 25 of the University Statute, are appointed by decree of the Rector.

The Board is convened by the President whenever deemed appropriate, and may also be convened upon written request by the majority of its members.

Meetings are considered valid when an absolute majority of the members is present.
