The Director General, in accordance with the guidelines set by the Rector and the Board of Directors, oversees the overall management and organization of services, instrumental resources, and technical-administrative staff of the University. He attends the meetings of the Academic Senate and the Board of Directors without voting rights and serves as recording secretary.
