The University’s InfoStudenti service provides assistance with the UdA Online Portal and offers information to the public regarding:Access to the UdA Online PortalCredential recovery for users/students already registered in the systemStandard web registration or registration via SPID or CIEEnrolment and admission procedures for restricted-access and open-access degree programmes, competitions, pre-assessments for Master’s degree admissions, and post-graduate programmesSupport with exam registration procedures, payment methods for fees, and study plan completionSupport with the procedure for accessing the student webmailOther UdA Online issues (malfunctions, procedural anomalies, error messages, inconsistencies, etc.) InfoStudenti provides services to the public during the following hours: Monday to Thursday: 9:00–13:00 and 15:00–17:00Friday: 9:00–13:00or by appointment at the office located on the second floor of the Rectorate building.
