The Gabriele d’Annunzio University promotes, supports, and safeguards student associations in accordance with the statutory and regulatory provisions governing them, as well as the cultural and social initiatives organised by students.

In order to ensure an equitable and transparent distribution of financial resources and spaces among all enrolled students engaged in various initiatives, the University has established a Register (Albo) in which student associations are required to enrol in order to be officially recognised and to access the related services and funding opportunities.

With Rector’s Decree No. 1436 of 27/09/2023, the University issued the Regulation on Student Associations and on Cultural and Social Initiatives Promoted by Students. The Regulation defines the criteria that newly established associations must meet in order to register in the University Register and thereby be eligible to apply for funding intended to support cultural and social activities benefiting the entire academic community.
