Opening Hours of the Student Office Counters

Secretariat services are provided on the following days and times:

Monday to Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

  • Pescara Campus: services are provided inside the Student Offices Building.
  • Chieti Campus: the counters already operating at the Unified Secretariat in Via Pescara will remain active; ticket distribution is available from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Afternoon Opening Hours of the Student Office Counters

Chieti Campus

  • Student Office for Medicine and Surgery, Dentistry, Healthcare Professions, and Sports Sciences: Tuesday and Thursday, 3:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m.
  • Student Office for Psychology and Social Sciences: Tuesday and Thursday, 3:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m.
  • Student Office for Humanities and Education Sciences: Tuesday, 3:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m.
  • Student Office for Pharmacy and Geology: Thursday, 3:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m.
  • Ticket distribution: from 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Pescara Campus

  • Student Office for Economics and Foreign Languages and Literatures: Tuesday and Thursday, 2:30 p.m.–3:30 p.m.
  • Student Office for Architecture, Engineering, Design, Economics, and Management: Tuesday, 2:30 p.m.–3:30 p.m.
  • Forms Office: Monday to Friday — morning: 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.; afternoon: 2:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m.
